Eligibility for Refund

Because our products are digital goods delivered instantly, we generally do not offer refunds after the software has been downloaded.

However, we may grant a refund under these circumstances:

• The software you purchased is completely non‑functional and we are unable to resolve the issue within 7 business days.
• A duplicate purchase was made accidentally – the second order will be refunded in full.

How to Request a Refund

Contact us via our contact page with your order reference and the reason for the request. Our team will review your case within 2 business days.

Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us is considered a breach of this policy and may result in permanent account suspension.
